An influential member of Indian society tries everything in his power to get his company exempted from paying the required Department of Transportation fees. The protagonist is clear that there is no way the company can legally avoid paying these fees, but he struggles with how to get his superiors to feel the same way. Deals with issues of power and influence, short-term versus long-term costs, exploiting loopholes and unwritten norms. Works well in organizational behavior, leadership, ethics and management, as well as in stand-alone workshops.
