A plant manager discovers and responds to the fact that his supervisor is taking a cut of the contract with the labor provider and therefore plant operations are not as efficient as they could be. Deals with issues of corruption, efficiency, power and influence, short-term versus long-term gain, and ethics. Works well in organizational behavior, leadership, supply chain, human resources, and ethics courses, as well as in stand-alone workshops.
