When Kellogg-Meyer took over Champion Securities, there was a need to identify the similarities and differences between the two companies’ policies. For this purpose, Royce Kellogg got in touch with Statler Group, a consulting company to ask them to draft these policy differences. Statler Group assigned Susan Barlow and Jim Roussos to accomplish this task. Barlow was part of other major projects at the company but was never in the lead position for any project, while Roussos was a junior consultant.
